Veronica's #WritersDiary: #NewRelease: An Evening of #Christmas Mystery & #Holiday Magic Awaits!๐ŸŽ€

Well, hello November, what a weekend! The #spooktacular season of scary ended at midnight Sunday and at 12:01am November 1st, the holidays jingled on in, at least for me, LOL. Christmas Bizarre โ„ Rikkhe St. Claire Hygge & Bisous Holiday Mysteries is here!

Five stories of Christmas mystery and holiday magic are coming your way...

A storyteller tradition continues...

I absolutely love this time of year when everything sparkles and shines. The prep for this collection has once again been a team effort: Theresa Snyder, editing; Mark Schultz, word refiner proofing; Danielle Gregorio cover design; Morgan Wright and Gee Gee Music Productions for the cover animations; and finally, Bibiana Krall and her Compass Bespoke Technical services for the fabulous book trailer, graphics, website updates and seller platform support (the book page on Amazon rocks!). I am so grateful to work with this talented team--they have been amazing and provide excellent, professional services, I cannot recommend them enough!

A special thank you as well to Jena Henry for giving the manuscript an early read and a fabulous book review. I am so grateful to her for the support and encouragement--thank you, Jena! xo

I truly appreciate the support from my friends on social media to help spread the word for this collection. I've priced this book to fit into most everyone's budget: 99 cents for the eBook and $5.99 for the print copy. We all need a bit of Christmas magic after the past two years--this is my small way of showing my gratitude to readers and book lovers. You can find the books here from your fav bookseller:

#HoHoHo #MerryMerry Wishing you a fabulous holiday season! It's Wednesday, time for #DearDiary:

Thank You!

Bibiana and I wanted to give one final thank you to everyone who has read and reviewed Tangled Webs. It was so fun working together and let's just say the rumblings for book 3 of The Haunted Series have begun! We did have a drawing for the last of the book swag...I'm pleased to announce that Denise Billups is our winner!

Just 362 more days 'til the next pumpkin ride! Until then...#Boo ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’‹

A trans-Atlantic cruise turns deadly this week from the writer's of Twitter...

Author Lee Strauss. Murder on the SS Rosa (A Ginger Gold Mystery Book 1), 5โญ

It's 1923---Ginger Gold and her companion, Nurse Haley Higgins are crossing the Atlantic in this first whodunnit in the Ginger Gold Mystery series. It's a bittersweet voyage, Ginger is returning to her family home in London to settle her father's estate. The trip brings up many memories for the young widow, and decisions for the future need to be made. For Haley, adventure of the academic kind awaits--she's going to attend medical school.

The curious death of the ship's captain leaves everyone baffled. Ginger and Haley are on the trail, looking for clues, much to the dismay of a handsome Scotland Yard, Chief Inspector, Basil Reed who happens to be on the ship. Love triangles, professional jealousy and unpaid loans place many in suspicion. Will their investigations cause more havoc on the high seas?

Author Strauss weaves a glamorous tale of mystery and intrigue in this classic whodunnit. The characters and settings make for a delightful read with a hint of romance. I can't wait to read the next book in the series---highly recommended for cozy mystery fans!

Next up in the #reading queue:

Moving into the holidays...

Deep breath, exhale...In these final two months of the year, things can get a little crazy with non-stop decorating, gift shopping, cooking/baking (any stray cookies welcome here :) #Hint #Hint ), holiday get-togethers--the list goes on and on, especially for writers and readers who are also working on the next project/TBR. Don't forget to take some me-time and savor the beauty of the season. Things are still in a state of flux in the outside world, tempting many to throw up their hands and say 'why bother'? Set boundaries, don't take on more than you can comfortably do. You'll smile more, and that's the best present there is. This is my #NovemberWish for you...#Living #Hygge

Welcome to my world. Enjoy the rest of the week and weekend, friends! #HappyNovember

Crowns and Kisses,

P.S. I'll be celebrating the release of Christmas Bizarre with hubby this week. We're heading to our fav local, cliffside venue, The Ritz in Laguna. Pics coming soon--I can't wait to see their holiday decorations! Rikkhe and Gemma most definitely approve ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ‘‘

Happy Pub week for Christmas Bizarre and congrats on another beautiful book!

It's the perfect cozy to get in the spirit of the holidays!

"The ornament" is my fave story in the collection! Although I wouldn't be mad to get my own Petite Trianon. Are you listening Santa?

All the best to you and the talented authors mentioned. I hope you sell a million copies and live it up at the "Rita Ritz." Cheers!
